摘要
目的建立橘红丸(大蜜丸)及蜂蜜中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量测定方法。方法采用Thermo BDSHypersil C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(4∶96)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为284nm。结果与结论41批橘红丸(大蜜丸)中,5-羟甲基糠醛含量范围为0.15~32.32mg.g-1。21批蜂蜜中5-羟甲基糠醛含量范围为0~2.17mg.g-1。本法简便、准确,可用于橘红丸(大蜜丸)和蜂蜜的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (5-HMF) in honey and Juhong Pills (Big Honeyed Pills). Methods The quantitative analysis was performed on a Thermo BDS Hypersil C18 column. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (4 : 96) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection UV wavelength was at 284 nm. Results and Conclusion The 5- HMF quantitative range in the 41 batches of Juhong Pills (Big Honeyed Pills) was 0.15-32.32 mg·g^-1, while in the 21 batches of honey was 0-2.17 mg·g^-1. The method was simple, sensitive, and accurate and could be used for the quality control of honey and Juhong Pills (Big Honeyed Pills).
