摘要 目的综述红外光谱成像在药品质量控制研究中的应用。方法参考文献,对红外光谱成像的原理、仪器组成以及在有效成分分布研究、高通量分析、制剂特征研究、过程分析、粉末混合均匀度、假药识别中的应用进行归纳和整理。结果与结论红外光谱成像是药品质量控制研究的一项新技术,是对现有药物分析技术手段的补充。 ~ Objective To review the application of infrared spectral imaging in drug quality control. Methods The principle, instrument components and application in study on distribution of effective components, high throughput analysis, study on preparation profile, process analysis, blend uniformity, counterfeit drug detection of infrared spectral imaging were summarized and documented with reference to literatures. Results and Conclusion Infrared spectral imaging is a new method in drug quality control and a complement to the existing drug analysis techniques.
