我院门诊处方点评及实例分析

Comment and Case Analysis on Outpatient Prescription in Our Hospital

目的通过对我院门诊2012年1～10月抽查处方的点评及实例分析,了解我院门诊处方用药的基本情况。方法采用回顾性分析,对抽查处方进行统计分析。结果全年共抽查处方6000张,平均每张处方用药品种数为1.9种,其中19.8%的患者使用了针剂,26%使用了抗菌药物,药品通用名的使用率为100%,基本药物使用率为63.8%,二联抗菌药物使用率为2.5%,三联抗菌药物使用率为0.77%,不合理用药处方占所抽查处方总数的5.05%,平均每张处方金额为86.06元。结论我院门诊处方质量基本合格,但仍需要进一步改进,不断提高合理用药水平。

Objective To understand the basic situation of outpatient prescription in our hospital by analyzing and commenting on the sampled prescription collected from January to October in 2012. Methods Using the retrospective analysis, the sampled prescription was statistically analyzed. Results A total of 6000 sheets of sampled prescription were evaluated during the whole year. The number of drugs used on every prescription was 1.9 kinds on average. Among them injections were used on 19.8% of patients. Antimicrobial drugs were used on 26% of patients. The utilization rates of general name, essential drugs, duplex antibacterial drugs, triple antimicrobial drugs were 100%, 63.8%, 2.5%, and 0.77%, respectively. And the prescription with irrational drug use occupied 5.05% of the total sampled prescriptions. On average the fee of each prescription was 86.06 yuan. Conclusion Our outpatient prescription is basically qualified, but there still needs further improvement to raise the level of rational drug use constantly.
