摘要
目的建立复方汉防己颗粒中主药防己有效成分粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的鉴别和含量测定方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对粉防己碱和防己诺林碱进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对其进行定量检测。结果薄层鉴别斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。含量测定粉防己碱在5.4~43.2mg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=5),平均加样回收率为98.43%,RSD为0.88%(n=9);防己诺林碱在3.0~24.0mg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996,n=5),平均加样回收率为98.68%,RSD为0.91%(n=9)。结论本方法操作简单、灵敏准确、重复性好,可用于复方汉防己颗粒中主药防己的成分鉴别及含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for identifying and determining tetrandrine and fangchinoline contents in Compound Granule Tetrandra. Methods The TLC method was used to identify tetrandrine and fangchinoline qualitatively, HPLC method was used to determine the contents. Results The spot was clear in TLC identification without interference of negative control. The sample size of tetrandrine had a good linear relationship with the peak area (r= 0. 9998, n = 5), within the range of 5.4-43.2 mg·L^-1, the average recovery rate was 98.43%, RSD=0. 88% (n =9). The sample size of fangchinoline had a good linear relationship with the peak area (r=0. 9996, n=5), within the range of 3. 0-24. 0 mg·L^-1, the average recovery rate was 98. 68%, RSD= 0. 91% (n=9). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible, which can be used to identify and determine the content of tetrandrine in Compound Granule Tetrandra.
