Study of Harmful Residue-sulfites in Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials

目的加强中药材有害残留物亚硫酸盐的监督管理。方法对中药中亚硫酸盐的应用、影响、检测方法、残留情况等几个方面进行综述。结果与结论阐述了中药中亚硫酸盐残留监控的必要性和迫切性。

Objective To strengthen the supervision and management of harmful residue-sulfites in Traditional Chinese medicinal materials. Methods The application, influence, test methods and residual of sulfites in Traditional Chinese medicinal materials were reviewed in this article. Results and Conclusion The necessity and urgency for monitoring of the harmful residue-sulfites in Traditional Chinese medicinal materials was elaborated.
