目的为减少和预防用药差错的发生,提高医疗技术水平,保障患者用药安全。方法分析用药各个环节出现的各类差错的原因,提出防范措施。结果通过采取制度防范、环节防范,以及技术改进、差错经验共享等多种措施,可以避免用药差错。结论应重视用药差错,对发生的原因进行调查,并提出可行的干预措施预防其再次发生;同时,加强管理,提高医务人员的整体素质,逐步减少用药差错导致的风险。

Objective To reduce and preventthe occurrence of medication errors, improve the level of medical treatment and ensure patient drug safety. Methods Causes for all kinds of errors in each medication link were analyzed, and prevention advice was put forward. Results Medication errors could be avoided by taking such measures as system protection, link protection as well as technology improvement and error experience sharing. Conclusion Attention should be paid to medication errors, investigation should be conducted on the causes, and the feasible intervention measures should be put forward to prevent their recurring; at the same time, management should be strengthened, so as to improve the overall quality of medical staff, and gradually reduce risks caused by medication errors.
