摘要 目的探讨Survivin蛋白在胎儿椎间盘组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测3例胎儿11个椎间盘组织中Survivin蛋白的表达。结果胎龄为20、26、28周胎儿椎间盘组织中Survivin阳性细胞百分率分别为(4.79±3.44)%、(3.98±3.72)%和(3.12±1.56)%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Sur-vivin在胎儿椎间盘中表达,可能对胎儿椎间盘的发育起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and its significance in fetal intervertebral discs. Me- thods By using immunohistochemical technique, the expression of Survivin was detected in 11 intervertebral disc tissue samples of three fetuses. Results Percentage of positive Survivin expression in 20-, 26-, and 28-week fetal age intervertebral discs was (4.79± 3.44) %, (3.98± 3.72) %, and( 3.12 ± 1.56) %, respectively, the difference being not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of Survivin in fetal intervertebral discs probably plays an important role in the development of the discs.
