铁路客站钢桁架-方钢管混凝土柱节点构造优化与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 一批高铁客站采用的新型钢桁架-方钢管混凝土柱节点的力学性能、构造极其复杂,是设计的难点。由于节点是结构传递荷载的关键部位,提出简化构造措施后的新型节点。地震作用下节点性能对结构的延性有较大影响,因此有必要研究简化后新型节点的抗震性能。对这种新型连接节点进行了1∶3缩尺的模型试验,介绍了试验的加载方法,讨论了节点的受力性能、薄弱环节与破坏模式。根据试验结果,分析了简化后新型节点的承载能力与最大位移。试验表明,简化后的节点构造直接、有效,具有较高的承载能力与较好的塑性变形性能。 A new kind of joint between steel truss and square concrete-filled tube(CFT) column was adopted in some high-speed railway stations in China recently.This kind of joint which is difficult to design has complicated constructional details and mechanical performance.Because of playing an important role on load transfer in the structure,the simplified new kind of joint was proposed.For the remarkable effect on the structural ductility,some research on the seismic performance of this kind of simplified new joint should be carried out.A joint model test with a scale of 1∶3 and loading system was introduced.Load performance of this kind of simplified joint,weak position and failure mode were described.According to the test,bearing capacity and maximum displacement of this kind of simplified joint were discussed.The test shows that this kind of simplified joint has direct and effective constructional details,high bearing capacity and good plastic deformation behavior.
