藏红花素对骨髓造血干-祖细胞集落形成的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨藏红花素对骨髓造血干-祖细胞集落形成的影响。方法采用甲基纤维素半固体培养基对骨髓单个核细胞进行集落培养,分为空白对照组及浓度为0.25、0.50、1.00、2.00、4.00、8.00g/L藏红花素组,培养14d进行集落计数。结果藏红花素浓度≤1.00g/L时随藏红花素浓度增加集落计数增加,1.00g/L时增加最显著;藏红花素浓度增加至2.00g/L时集落计数减少,增加至4.00g/L时不形成集落。结论适宜浓度的藏红花素(0.50~1.00g/L)可提高骨髓造血干-祖细胞集落形成。 Objective To study the effects of croeln on the colony-forming of bone marrow hematopoietic progenitor cells (BMHPCs). Methods By using methylcellulose-based colony forming assay, a colony culture was conducted for a single marrow eel1, which was then divided into blank group and 0.25, 0.50, 1.00, 2.00, 4.00 and 8.00 g/L crocin group. Colony count was done after I4 day cultivation. Results When the crocin concentration was at 41.00 g/L, the number of cell colony increased along with the increase of the concentration, the highest was noted at 1.00 g/L; the cell colony decreased when the crocin concen tration up to 2,00 g/L, and no cell colony was formed when it reached 4.00 g/L. Conclusion Suitable concentration (0.50- 1.00 g/L) of crocin can increase the formation of hematopoietic progenitor cells.
