PCT在NICU革兰阴性菌感染患儿评价感染程度及预后的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究在新生儿重症监护室(NICU)革兰阴性菌感染患儿中降钙素原(PCT)对感染程度及预后的评价意义。方法回顾性分析本院革兰阴性菌感染患儿129例,按入科后预后情况分为死亡组及存活组,对比两组患儿临床资料的差异。结果死亡组对比存活组新生儿危重病例评分低、PCT水平高、合并并发症高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 PCT临床检测方便、快速,可较准确反映NICU中革兰阴性菌感染患儿病情程度及预后情况,可作为早产儿、低体重儿、小胎龄儿感染监测的临床指标。
