摘要
在研发4kW油泵用隔爆型三相异步电动机时,在进行整体电磁方案和结构设计中,采用了有限元模型对电机的电气性能、齿谐波进行了仿真。在结构布局和接线盒接线板设计方面,解决了小功率、结构紧凑隔爆型电动机设计难题,设计的电机体积虽小,输出功率高。
The finite element method was applied to simulate the electrical function and teeth harmonics of the asynchronous motor when implementing the total design of both in electromagnetic and construction, during studying and manufacturing the 4 kW explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor in the oil pump. The difficult point of narrow space in designing the terminal box of the small-size explosion-proof motor was overcome. The designed motor possessed small size but output large power.
