随着发电机容量的不断增加,发电机的外形也不断增大,结构也更加复杂。在发电机制造中,某些部件的检测用常规测量手段和方法已经无法实现。为了保证发电机的制造能满足设计要求,将三维检测技术应用到发电机制造检验中。

The more the generator capacity, the larger the outside dimension and the more complex structure of the generator. Measurement of certain components was hard to be achieved with the conventional measurement means and methods. In order to ensure the manufacture of the genera- tors to meet the design requirements, the three-dimensional technology was applied into the generator manufacturing.
