摘要
介绍了汽轮发电机定子线圈直线胶化用的第二代胶化油压机,并对重要部件参数如液压油缸推力和行程、加热板功率和冷却板冷却时间及用水量进行了理论计算。该二代直线胶化油压机单模最多可胶化6根定子线圈,提高了产能。
The second generation of oil press to gelati- nize the stator coil side linearly for turbine generators was introduced while such data of the important parts as thrust and moving distance of the oil cylinder, power of the heater, cooling time of the cooler and consumed water volume were calculated theoretically. This second generation of oil press with the largest processing capacity of 6 stator coils in each mould has increased productive efficiency and enlarged pro- duction ability.
