Three Examples of Treatment and Fault Analysis on the Inner Water Line inside Generators

以发电机内部水路系统3例不同的故障为例,建议加强水压试验以便发现故障,或者将水压控制接入DCS系统,进行实时监控。在大修时,对转子绕组实施耐水压试验,从而杜绝隐患以减少设备故障。

Taking three kinds of different failure of the inner water line inside generators as the excmple, sugges- tion about strengthening the water test and adding the water pressure control into the content of real-time monitoring of the DCS system was presented. The water test should also be applied into the rotor winding when conducting overhaul, so as to eliminate the hidden failure and reduce the equipment fault.
