摘要
为满足某船舶研究所对汽轮机发电机组调速系统的仿真需求,设计了基于虚拟仪器的调速实时仿真系统。该系统硬件基于美国国家仪器公司NI的工业化总线PXI平台,软件基于实时操作系统及LabVIEW应用程序开发平台。调速实时仿真系统能够基于内部控制算法及数学模型独立仿真运行,也可接入实际系统中实现半物理的实时仿真。实际现场运行结果表明,该调速实时仿真系统在功能和性能上,能够满足该研究所在相关开发及试验过程中的需求。
Speed regulating system soft simulator is designed based on virtual instrument in order to meet a shipping institute's de- mand of steam turbine speed regulating system. By means of LabVIEW and industrial bus PXI, speed regulating system soft simula- tor can not only run the controller and model independently, but also be connected to other subsystems. According to on-spot debug result, speed regulating system soft simulator can satisfy the requirements of the institute during the process of development and test.
