摘要
采用定量的研究方法,通过问卷方式,调查了高职院校大学英语教师的职业倦怠现状。发现高职院校大学英语教师的总体职业倦怠程度并不严重,但个人成就感较低;女教师的职业倦怠程度比男教师严重,情绪衰竭程度显著较高;同年龄和教龄的教师分别在情绪衰竭和个人成就感两个维度上有显著差异;双肩挑教师的情绪衰竭和个人成就感均显著高于专职英语教师;双师型和非双师型教师在个人成就感和情绪衰竭方面没有显著性差。
From the perspective of quantitative research, the study investigates the current situation of job burnout of college English teachers in higher vocational schools by the means of questionnaire. this study shows that: The job burnout syndrome of English teachers in vocational colleges is not very serious, but they feel lower level of personal achievement; Compared with male teachers, female teachers experience higher level of job burnout; There is significant difference between teachers at different age and teachers working for different length of time, in terms of emotion exhaustion and personal achievement respectively; Double-shoulder teachers have higher level of emotion exhaustion and personal achievement than those who take teaching only; Double-quality teachers experience lower level of depersonalization than single-quality teachers.
