摘要
我国台湾地区根据其2011年"金融消费者保护法"设立了"金融消费评议中心",采用评议机制,中立、公平、有效地解决金融消费纠纷,同时承担金融消费者教育功能。台湾地区的先进经验对我们具有一定的借鉴意义,可以考虑由金融行政管理部门建立金融消费纠纷解决中心,聘请外部专业人士裁断案件,切实有效地保护金融消费权益。
'Financial Ombudsman Institution' (FOI) was established in Taiwan,China based on its 2011 'Financial Consumers Protection Act'.It aims to settle the disputes of financial consumption via deliberation in terms of neutrality,impartiality and validity.It as well takes the responsi bility of educating the financial consumers.It is of significance for us to learn from Taiwan.It is suggested to establish an arbitration institution by the financial administration and hire the professionals from the third party to effectively guarantee the rights of financial consumers.
