我国高校资产证券化融资的可行性探讨

A Tentative Analysis on the Feasibility of Financing Securitization of China’s University Assets

本文针对我国高校资产证券化融资的可行性进行探讨,分析了改革开放以来我国高等教育投资发展的现状,提出高校资产证券化需要法律制度完善,应在高校资产符合证券化的必要条件的基础上,由政府发起或支持高等教育发展宏观调控与管理,利用金融市场发行债券筹集资金,推动高等教育的发展。

The article discusses the feasibility of financing securitization of China’s university assets.Based on the analysis of the present de velopment of China’s higher education investment since the reform and opening-up,the thesis argues that the legal system should be improved to guarantee university assets securitization.To promote the development of higher education,the government should initiate or support the macro reg ulation and management of higher education and issue bonds in the financial market to raise funds.
