摘要
球铁与 45钢采用摩擦焊接方法可形成良好的焊接接头。焊后退火处理可改善球铁 - 45钢摩擦焊接头的组织 ,提高接头的性能。在其他焊接参数保持不变时 ,退火后接头拉伸强度随摩擦时间的增大而增加 ,直到 2 3s时达到最大值 358MPa,继续增大摩擦时间 ,接头拉伸强度下降。这主要是因为摩擦时间直接影响着球铁与 45钢摩擦焊接过程中的产热、温度分布、金属的塑性变形和石墨在界面的形态。
The possibility of friction welding of spherical graphite cast iron (SGCI) with mild carbon steel is investigated.It is found that the post weld annealing process can improve the microstructure at the interface of friction welded joints of SGCI with 45 carbon steel and enhance the tensile strength of the joints.When the other welding conditions are kept constant,it's shown that the tensile strength of the post weld annealed friction welded joints increases with increasing friction heating time t 1 and reaches maximum value of 358 MPa at t 1 =23 s ,but it decreases with further increasing t 1 .This mainly results from that the friction heating time affects the generation of heat,distribution of temperature,plastic deformation of melts during the welding of SGCI with 45 carbon steel and the final state of the graphite adjancent to the interface of the joint.
