Developmant Test on the Horizontal Continuous Casting Small Diameter Cast Iron bar

对≤ 30 mm的几种小直径棒坯进行了水平连铸生产试验。结果表明 ,小棒坯具有更细密的组织和优良的性能。通过热处理消除连铸小棒坯铸态白口组织的工艺路线可行且可靠。

Test on several small diameter cast iron bars(≤ φ 30 mm)was carried out .The result reveals that this kind of bars has ligher desity and more excellent properties.It is proved that the technology which removes the bars chill structrue by means of heat treatment is feasible and reliable.
