2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法连续入选在我院住院的60例2型糖尿病患者,测定其血压、血脂、BMl、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS),并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA—IR)及胰岛素释放曲线下面积(AUC),超声测量颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT),依据HOMA—IR高低将患者分为3组。结果 IMT与病程、FBG、FINS、I-IOMA—It/及AUC独立相关,与BMl、HbAlc、收缩压(SBP)及高密度脂蛋白(LOL)无明显相关关系结论 2型糖尿病患者IMT与胰岛素抵抗及血糖控制程度密切相关。测量方法简单,对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗及心血管并发症有一定预测作用。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between the insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes meUitus and carotid atheresclerosis. Methods: Carotid intimamedia thickness (IMT), plaque and other index were examined by type - B uhrasonicd in 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results: The incidence rate of IMT and plaque in group of patients with insulin resistance were significantly higher than the group of patients without insulin resistance. Conclusion: The carotid atheresclerosis degree is related with the insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
