中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效观察及分析

The therapeutic effects of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的比较中西医结合方法与传统西医治疗方法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的临床疗效及其安排性。方法对于治疗组52例急性加重期COPD患者,采用解除支气管痉挛和祛痰药物外,同时服用宣肺益气、化痰通络中药汤剂。对照组的36例患者采用传统的西医治疗方法。结果治疗后FEV1和FEV1%与治疗前比均有显著提高(t-test:P<0.05)。对照组的总有效率显著(t-test:P<0.05)低于治疗组。结论中西医结合方法治疗急性加重的COPD相比传统的西医治疗在临床上有一定的优势,值得推广。

Objective：to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods： The control group （n = 36） was trea- ted by traditional western medicine. For the integration group （n = 52）, patients were treated with not only the bronchospasm and expectorant drugs, regular suction, mechanical ventilation and other comprehensive treatment according to symptoms in patients, but also taking Chinese medicine decoction. Results： After treatment, patients had significant enhanced values of FEV1 and FEVI%. The integration group had significantly （t -test： p 〈 0.05 ） improved lung function, blood gas and symptom scores. Conclusion： Integrative treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD has significantly improved lung function and blood gas, which has certain clinical advantages.
