油田施工现场无纸化办公软件的研究与实现

摘要 油田施工现场普遍存在技术密集、工作地域广、日常办公业务量大、人员分散等特点。本文基于WPF界面开发环境,应用Internet/Intranet、Web Service等技术,针对施工现场网络环境复杂、通讯条件有限,现场环境不能保证网络的稳定性等客观因素,实现了施工现场与油田公司各管理部门之间的高效协同办公,改变过去复杂、低效的手工办公方式,实现办公文件流转的网络自动化、文件管理信息化、办公自动化。对油田企业实现节能创效、精细管理、资源整合、降低运营成本,建立节约型企业创造条件。 Oilfield construction has the features of intensive technology,wide working area,huge daily workload and distributed manpower.In order to solve the problems of complicated network environment in working site,limited communication condition and unstable network,based on WPF interface,Internet/Intranet and Web Service technologies are used to develop the OA system which realizes high co-ordinate teamwork between worksite and department offices and automatization of document exchange,file management informatization,office automation.It has changed the complex,inefficient handiwork office mode used in the past.It provides a platform for energy-saving,fine management,resource integration,low cost of enterprise.
