氧化层及A1电弧喷涂层对316钢高温机械性能的影响

Effect of the Oxide Layers and Arc Sprayed Al Coatings in the Mechanic al Properties of 316 Stainless Steel at Elevated Temperatures

摘要 制备了4 种不同表面状态的316钢试样:热处理后去除氧化层试样、未去除氧化层试样、电弧喷涂Al涂层以及高速电弧喷涂Al涂层试样。在固定的拉伸速度下研究了4 种试样的高温拉伸性能,利用扫描电镜观察了应变前、后试件的表面状态,并测试了涂层在高温应变前、后的表面粗糙度,试验结果表明表面氧化层、电弧喷涂层对316不锈钢的高温机械性能有重要影响。 Four kinds of 316 steel specimens were prepared in the present study: ①Without any additional processing after heat treatmint,②Remove the oxide lavers produced during the heat treatment,③With Al coating deposited by conventional arc spraying,④With Al coating deposited by high velocity arc spraying.The mechanical properties of the four kinds of specimens were investigated with a constant strain rate at elevated temperature.The suface morphologies of specimens before and after strain were observed by scanning electron microcopy.Roughness ofthe coatings before and after strain was also measured and analyzed.The resultsindicates that the oxide layers and arc sprayed Al coatings have an important effect on the mechanical properties of 316 stainless steel ant elevated temperature.
