以甲氨蝶呤为核心的类风湿关节炎的联合药物治疗 被引量：6

摘要 早期应用甲氨蝶呤（MTX）治疗RA，除了控制疾病炎症的活动性外，还可以延长RA患者的总体生存时间。研究发现：MTX不仅对炎症反应有抑制作用，还具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。MTX能够促进动脉粥样硬化形成过程中动脉壁内泡沫细胞中胆固醇的流出。因此，MTX对类风湿关节炎（RA）患者生存时间的延长或许归功于其对心血管事件及关节外受累的有益作用。
