通过对压块法、球团法和烧结法的综合比较,认为烧结法是铬铁矿粉造块的最佳工艺。主要介绍了铬矿烧结工艺的流程、主要设计参数及其优势,并根据目前生产实际情况提出了建议.对成品铬烧结矿的冶金性能进行了分析。
Comprehensive comparison of the briquetting, pelletizing and sintering process, chromite fines sintering was optimal agglomeration process. It mainly introduced chromite fines sintering process, major design parameters and the advantages of the process. According to the practice situation of production problems, proposed suggestion and analyzed metallurgical properties of finished chrome sinter ore.
