通过优化配料,选择合理的送电参数及渣型,调整入炉P/Mn比,采用矿热炉生产低磷(P≤0.15%)低硅(Si≤1.5%)高碳锰铁,质量稳定,效果良好,满足了客户需求。
Many measures are adopted such as optimizing charge mixture, choosing sound transmission parameters and slag pattern and regulating feed P/Mn ratio to produce HC FeMn with low phosphorus （P≤0.15%）＆ low silicon （Si≤1.5% ）with submerged-arc furnace. Its stable quality and good performance can meet customers＇ need.
