摘要 简要介绍了复合电极系统的主要结构特征:以小直径石墨电极为骨架,以电极糊为填充物高温焙烧而成的复合式自焙电极;由组合式把持器与铜瓦共同构成的复合式电极把持器;非消耗式电极筒,三者共同构成复合式电极系统;导电元件与变压器出线端子一一对应的直通式短网系统,并对其主要结构要素进行了核算,以期达到最佳的运行效果。 It briefly introduces the main structure features of the composite electrode systems as follows: composite self- baked electrode framed by small diameter graphite electrode with electrode paste as filler and baked in high temperature; composite electrode holder made up of combined holder and copper shoes; non-consumed electrode container. The above all constitutes the composite electrode systems. Meanwhile, it describes straight-through short network that conducting element and transformer outlet terminal is one-to-one correspondence. Furthermore, main structure parameters of the composite system are checked to realize optimum performance.
