摘要
阐述了矿热炉电极恒功率自动控制与调节设计及应用实践,通过对传统矿热炉人工半自动控制负荷改变为恒功率自动控制与调节方式,使电极负荷控制精确,保证电极电流满足冶炼工艺要求,减少电极插入熔融料层内做功的概率,从而达到节能的目的,即系统运用Logix5000可编程软件,Rsview32上位软件,根据电炉运行实际工况进行编程,改变传统控制方式,使电炉转为自动控制模式,精确控制电炉负荷。
It explains the design and practice for electrode constant-power automatic control and regulating of submerged-arc furnace by means of changing traditional manual semi-automatic control charge to constant-power automatic control and regulating. The realization of accurate charge control not only fits smelting process, but also reduces the doing work probability of electrode inserting molten material bed, attaining energy-saving. The system applies Logix5000 programmable software and Rsview32 upper software. It programs based on furnace practice by changing traditional control to automatic control, achieves precise charge control.
