摘要
通过对索道抱索器功能特点的分析研究 ,以形态学理论为基础进行索道抱索器方案设计 ;采用“多因素模糊数学综合评判方法对各种方案进行评价 ,用量化的指标确定了抱索器的结构形式 ;并据此进行技术设计 ,建立了方案设计→综合评价→结构设计的技术路线和方法。这种技术方法的建立不仅可以用于索道抱索器 ,亦可用于各种用途的机械结构设计过程中。
Accoding to the functional analysis, the detachable grip is designed based on the morphology theory. A multi factor fuzzy composite judgement method is employed to evaluate the different schemes.The structure of grip is determined by quantitave data. Technological design is carried out based on this idea, and a technological route (scheme design→composite evaluation→structure design) is established. This technological method not only can be used in the design of detachable grip.But also can be used in the design of other different machines.
