挑战肺栓塞——新一代口服抗凝血剂
摘要
急性肺栓塞（pulmonary embolism,PE）是一种较常见的心血管急症,每年的发病率约为70/10万。肺动脉血管床堵塞可能危及生命且存在可逆急性右心衰竭风险,这一点突出了早期准确诊断的必要性。初始治疗的主要目标是恢复堵塞的肺动脉血流并预防早期复发。
