奥巴马政府对朝“战略忍耐”与朝核问题被引量：13

摘要朝鲜半岛局势跌宕起伏,美国对朝政策何去何从受到广泛关注。本文认为,奥巴马第二任期将大体延续对朝"战略忍耐"政策框架,仍以软硬两手应对一个执意拥核的朝鲜。"战略忍耐"政策在促进朝鲜弃核方面不够积极,但囿于美国的对朝认知,国内压力不足,这一政策的调整有赖于其他利益攸关国家的推动。朝核形势不容乐观,但仍存在解决的空间,美国应切实承担责任,增强主动性,推进朝鲜半岛无核化进程。
