摘要
企业文化与企业绩效是现代管理科学的研究热点问题之一。本文利用竞争优势理论和企业文化理论,在分析信息环境与企业文化作用关系的基础上,从企业文化变革角度考察了信息环境、企业文化对企业绩效的影响作用。认为只有企业文化变革与信息环境相匹配时,二者契合效应才能得到充分发挥,企业才能实现理想绩效;反之,将导致较差的企业绩效。
Corporate culture and corporate performance,is one of key issues in the field of modern management science.This paper analyses the relationship between corporate culture and information environment,by utilizing two theories: theory of corporate culture,and competitiveness advantage theory.Then,from the angle of corporate culture change,this article reveals the impact effect of corporate culture change and information environment on corporate performance in information age.Only if corporate culture change matches with its information environment,the corporate could make good use of the coupling effect and achieve the desired performance.Otherwise,it will result in poor corporate performance.
