摘要
在企业能力理论、知识管理理论及复杂系统理论基础上,把知识、惯例、资源及能力有机地整合到一个框架体系中,以知识为逻辑起点构建了由能力补给系统、惯例"三器"系统(感应器、加工器、效应器)、资源操作循环系统构成的企业专利能力演进机理模型。从企业视角提出了促进企业专利能力演进的建议。
Based on the theory of enterprise ability,the theory of knowledge management and the theory of complex system,the evolution mechanism model of enterprise patent ability is structured by taking the knowledge as the logical starting point and integrating knowledge,customs,resource and ability into the organic framework.This model is consisted of the system of ability supply,the customs and usages system of three devices,which are inductor,processor and effector,and the circulated system resource operation.Then the suggestions of promoting the enterprise patent ability are pointed from the angel of enterprise.
