摘要
以信息化时代为背景,网络域名侵权层出不穷,相关法律治理亟待完善。对网络域名侵权的争议集中区域、司法管辖、侵权构成要件、驰名商标侵权及法律责任形式进行分析和准确认定,是务实解决网络域名侵权问题的前提。
The information era being the background, the network domain name infringements emerge. Relevant laws need to be improved. To legally analyze and accurately identify concentrated dispute area of network domain name infringement, jurisdiction, elements of infringement, infringement upon well-known trademark is of great importance.
