复合酶对肉鸡生产性能和肠道微生物的影响 被引量:4

Effects of compound enzyme on the production and intestinal microflora of broilers

摘要 为研究复合酶对肉鸡生产性能和肠道微生物的影响,试验将360只北京华都AA肉鸡随机分为3组,对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验1、2组在每吨饲料中分别添加50g和100g的复合酶,试验2组饲料同时降低0.42 MJ/kg的能量。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验1组和试验2组平均体重分别提高5.14%和5.69%(P<0.05);平均日增重分别提高7.97%和8.77%(P<0.05);饲料转化率分别提高6.2%和6.7%(P<0.05);肉鸡死亡率均降低1.7个百分点;盲肠大肠杆菌浓度均显著降低,乳杆菌浓度均显著提高,盲肠pH均显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,在饲料中添加复合酶可提高肉鸡生产性能,促进肠道健康,提高养殖经济效益。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of compound enzyme on the production performance and intestinal mieroflora of broilers.360 Beijing Huadu AA broilers were divided into 3 groups,the control group was fed basal diet,50 g and 100 g compound enzyme were respectively added into per ton of feed of group 1 and group 2,mean- while energy of group 2 reduced by 0.42 MJ/kg.The results showed that:the average weight of group 1 and group 2 were increased by 5.14% and 5.69% ;The average daily weight were increased by 7.97% and 8.77% ;The feed efficiency ratio were increased by 6.2% and 6.7% ;The death rate were both decreased by 1.7 percent points;The pH and the colibacillus concentration of cecum reduced significantly (P 〈 0.05),while the lactobacillus concentration increased significantly (P 〈 0.05).The results indicanted that adding compound enzyme into animal feed could improve production performance,intestinal health and increase economic benefits.
