我国体育启蒙教育研究

Research on Sports Enlightenment Education in China

针对青少年体质现状和体育启蒙教育理论研究的不足,采用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法对我国体育启蒙教育进行系统研究,提出体育启蒙教育的概念,分析我国体育启蒙教育研究现状、存在的主要问题和研究体育启蒙教育的重要意义;指出只重视智育启蒙教育而忽视体育启蒙教育是关键问题所在;最后分析缺乏体育启蒙教育的严重后果并提出合理化建议:1)形成全面启蒙教育思想,重视体育启蒙教育;2)更新体育教育观念,提升体育教师业务水平;3)加大投入,改善体育启蒙教育的硬件设施;4)营造良好的体育氛围,全面实施体育启蒙教育。

In view of the current situation of adolescent physical fitness in China and the deficiency of theoretical researches in sports enlightenment education,the present thesis conducts a systematic research on sports enlightenment education in China with research methods of literature review,logic analysis and so on.The concept of sports enlightenment education is raised in the thesis,based on which the authors make an analysis on the status quo of sports enlightenment education in China,the primary problems existing and the significance of researches on sports enlightenment education,and point out that the root of the problem lies in that too much importance is attached to intellectual enlightenment education rather than sports enlightenment education.The severe effects caused by lack of sports enlightenment education are finally analyzed and rational suggestions are put forward as follows：1）to form and emphasize the comprehensive conception of enlightenment education;2）to update physical education philosophy and to improve professional knowledge of physical education teachers;3）to increase investment and to improve the facilities of sports enlightenment education;and 4）to create better atmosphere of physical activities and to fully implement sports enlightenment education,so as to provide theoretical reference for the development of sports enlightenment education in China.
