中国竞技排球发展的促进因素

Study on the promotive factors of development of Chinese competitive volleyball

中国竞技排球运动的发展过程中存在着诸多不利因素,同时也有着许多有利的因素。运用问卷调查、因子分析等方法,以中国排球运动的管理者、学者、国家队及甲A联赛的教练员和国际、国家级排球裁判员等为调查对象,对当前中国竞技排球发展过程中的主要促进因素进行研究。结果显示:当前中国竞技排球发展的主要促进因素是国际排球的发展、比赛赛制、经济投入和商业发展4个方面。

At present,although the development of Chinese competitive volleyball is influenced by many negative factors,there has also been many advantageous factors to promote it.Having used the questionnaire and factor analysis method,the following objects were investigated：the Manager,scholar,of Chinese volleyball game.national team coaches,coaches of clubs participating in the class 1National League Volleyball match,international and national volleyball referees.Major promotive factors in the development on Chinese competitive volleyball have been researched and analyzed.The result shows that promoting the development of Chinese competitive volleyball currently are the following four major factors：development of international volleyball,game system,economic investment and business development.
