摘要
:穿孔针粘铝是造成铝合金管材挤压时产生内表面擦伤缺陷的主要原因之一.利用扫描电镜对挤压过程中穿孔针与铝的接触面之间相互作用的行为进行了研究,分析了粘铝的机制及其影响因素。
The aluminium pick up of stem in extrusion is one of the causes of inwall defects of the extruded aluminium alloy pipe. The interaction between the contacting surface of the stem and aluminium in the process of extrusion is studied by SEM. The principle of aluminium pick up and the factors are analyzed.
