摘要
介绍了贫液泵叶轮因设计上的问题,在运行后出现损坏的情况,通过对产生裂纹原因的分析,制定了合理的焊接工艺。采取适当的工艺措施控制焊接变形及应力,获得了满意的修复效果。
This paper introduces the repair welding for the impeller of the lean solution pump. damaged because of its original desigh defect. After analysis of the causes of the cracking, the welding measures were adopted reasonably to control welding deformation and stress. The repairing^result was satisfactory.
