高职教育校企合作双边交互的界面结构、障碍与对策

Interface structure, Obstacles and Countermeasures of Bilateral Interaction between Higher Vocational Education College and Enterprise

为了推动高职教育校企合作的深入发展,需要加强校企双边交互的界面管理,清除界面障碍,提高校企双边合作交互的效率。本文首先分析了校企合作双边交互界面的"功能-制度"结构,进而归纳其中存在的主要障碍,并从组织体制改革、机制创新与文化建设三个方面提出高职院校加强界面管理的对策。

In order to promote the in-depth development of higher vocational education school-enterprise cooperation, we need to strengthen the interface management of school-enterprise bilateral interaction, eliminating the interface barriers and improving the efficiency of bilateral interaction in school-enterprise cooperation. In this paper, we first analyzed the ＂function-institution＂ structure of bilateral interaction interface in school-enterprise cooperation, then summed up the major obstacles, and proposed ways to strengthen the interface management from the aspects of organizational reform, mechanism innovation and cultural construction.
