跨学科团队治理机制及其启示--以加州大学圣地亚哥分校SIO为例 被引量:3

摘要 伴随着大学科研团队地位的不断提升,国家对科研团队建设投入的逐年攀升,以及社会对大学跨学科团队期待的不断增加,大学跨学科团队的建设和治理成为大学发展中的突出问题。美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校的知名团队SIO具有相当的示范性。事实证明,SIO在治理过程中施行共同治理,以人才促卓越又以卓越留人才,重能力轻专业,约束过度竞争鼓励团队合作,注重沟通和互动是一种成功的治理机制。 As more importance has been continuously attached to university research teams, resources have been increasingly invested in the construction of them, and public expectations for cross-disciplinary research teams have been accumulated, the construction and management of cross-disciplinary teams become the prominent problem in the development of universities. SI0, a famous research team in University of California, San Diego, provides some successful experiences for solving the problem: the management of SIO is common governance. They believe that talents produce prominent outcomes and prominent outcomes in turn attract talents. They value ability over expertise, encourage cooperation while constrain excessive competition, and emphasize communication and interaction.
