人体疼痛检测仪设计研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 疼痛是继血压、脉搏、体温、呼吸四大生命体征之后的第五大生命体征,疼痛位点和疼痛强度等疼痛参数成为疾病诊断和治疗的重要指标。疼痛的评估多依赖于患者的主诉,其被众多因素所影响。因此,仅依靠患者的主诉并不能全面地对疼痛进行评估,疼痛的定量测量是十分必要的。近年来,随着科学技术的进步,科学家们利用不同原理进行设计,创制了不同的疼痛检测仪为临床及科研提供了可供选择的手段,该文对疼痛检测仪器的国内外设计进展进行了综述。 Pain is the fifth vital sign after four vital signs of blood pressure,pulse,body temperature and respiratory.The pain sites and intensity have become the important indicators of disease diagnosis and treatment.Assessment of pain is more dependent on the patient’s complaint,which is affected by many factors.Therefore,only relying on the patient’s chief complaint cannot fully assess pain.The quantitative measurement of the pain is very necessary.In recent years,with the progress of science and technology,scientists use different principles of design to create different pain detectors to provide the means for clinical diagnosis and science research.This paper reviews the progress in pain measurement instrument design at home and abroad.
