抗松材线虫病赤松组培苗的抗病性测定 被引量:1

摘要 为了评价从日本引进的抗性赤松对松材线虫的抗病性,在无菌条件下,用中强毒力无菌松材线虫对6个月生的无菌赤松组培苗进行接种。结果表明:抗性赤松不同家系间抗病性差异明显,1号和10号家系抗病性表现较好,2、13、19、22和23号家系抗病性表现次之,3、14和16号家系未表现出抗病性;抗性赤松不同无性系间的抗病性存在极显著差异,无性系间的抗病性差异主要来源于家系间的抗病性差异。发病率与松材线虫繁殖倍数相关性极低。从发病组培苗上分离的松材线虫仍然无菌。 An experiment was conducted to determine the resistance of wilt-resistant Pinus densiflora to Bursaphelenchus xylophilus from Japan.Six months old tissue culture seedlings of Pinus densiflora were inoculated with middle virulence aseptic pine wood nematode under aseptic conditions.There are obvious differences of resistance in Pinus densiflora families.No.1 and 10 families have better resistant effects,followed by No.2,13,19,22 and 23 families.The resistance difference of clones mainly originates from the families.Meanwhile,the relationship between pine wood nematode breeding rates and disease incidence was discussed.There is a low correlation between the disease incidence of wilt-resistant Pinus densiflora and pine wood nematode propagation coefficient.In addition,the susceptible tissue culture seedlings were isolated.The pine wood nematode remains aseptic.
