恩替卡韦治疗骨髓干细胞移植乙肝肝硬化患者HBV血清检测的水平变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨骨髓干细胞(BMSCs)移植的乙肝肝硬化患者恩替卡韦治疗72周后血清HBsAg、HBeAg及HBV DNA定量变化的相关性。方法对22例乙肝肝硬化患者给予恩替卡韦抗病毒同时,进行BMSCs移植,在治疗前及治疗中(12,24,48及72周)收集血清,用PCR法进行HBV DNA检测,以COBAXE全自动电化学免疫发光分析系统进行血清HBsAg、HBeAg定量检测。分析恩替卡韦治疗BMSCs移植乙肝肝硬化患者过程中HBsAg、HBeAg及HBV DNA定量值变化的相关性。结果 22例乙肝肝硬化患者治疗过程中HBeAg及HBVDNA定量值均呈下降趋势,呈显著正相关(R=-0.63,P<0.01);随着时间的延长,HBeAg与HBV DNA定量值持续下降,血清HBsAg与HBeAg定量值变化呈负相关关系,(R=-0.487,P<0.01);HBsAg与HBV DNA定量值变化也呈负相关关系(R=-0.358,P<0.01)。结论恩替卡韦治疗BMSCs移植乙肝肝硬化患者中,HBeAg与HBV DNA定量值呈显著相关性,HBsAg定量变化与HBeAg及HBV DNA定量变化呈负相关。 Objective It is to approach the change correlation of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA during 72 weeks entecavir serum treatment to hepatitis B cirrhosis patients transplanted with bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs). Methods The entecavir antiviral were given to 22 hepatitis B cirrhosis patients and BMSCs transplantation were carried on at the same time. The serum was collected before and during the treatment (12, 24, 48 and 72 weeks). HBV DNA was detected with PCR method, the serum HBsAg, HBeAg quantitative were detected with COBAXE automatic electrochemical immune luminescence analysis system. The correlation on changes of quantitative value of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA after entecavir treatment in hepati- tis B cirrhosis patients transplanted with BMSCs was analyzed. Results HBeAg and HBV DNA quantitative value of 22 cases were decreased, there was a significant positive correlation relations (R = -0. 63 ,P 〈 0.01 ) ; With the extension of time, the HBeAg and HBV DNA quantitative value were continued to decline, there were negative correlation between serum HBsAg and HBeAg quantitative value change (R = -0. 478, P 〈0.01 ) and between HBsAg and HBV DNA quantitative value change (R = - 0. 358, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Through treated by entecavir for hepatitis B cirrhosis patients transplanted with BMSCs, HBeAg and HBV DNA quantitative value is significant correlation. HBsAg quantitative change and HBeAg, HBV DNA between quantitative changes are negatively correlation.
