随着高清电视的普及和技术的不断发展,目前已慢慢进入高清拍摄和编辑的时代,但高清的传输介质和接收播放设备却远远滞后,很多时候不得不选择高清拍摄标清出片,或者进行高标清视频混编,处在由标清向高清过渡的阶段,如何实现高清与标清视频之间的上下变换成为了一个亟待解决的问题。详细介绍了高标清视频之间相互转换的方法和技巧,并对几种方法的优缺点进行了分析。
With the popularity of HD television and the development of technology, it has slowly into the times of HD recording and editing, but the transmission medium and receive broadcast equipment of HD are falling behind. HD recording is chose and the SD video piece is marked for many times, or mixed between HD and SD video. How to transition between HD and SD video becomes an urgent problem to be solved.
