摘要
当前新产品研发项目管理面临诸多困境,其中最关键的原因就是没有形成体系化研发管理平台。通过引入集成产品研发(Integrated Product Development,IPD)思想,提出基于该思想的研发管理体系框架和项目管理流程,在此基础上,深入分析了基于IPD的研发管理体系实现平台的产品全生命周期管理(Product Lifecycle Management,PLM),并以广东某汽车用品制造有限公司的项目研发管理为对象,结合西门子Teamcenter PLM平台,分析了IPD管理体系平台在企业研发管理中的重要作用。
The project management of new product development is faced with problems. One of the reasons is that systemization R＆D management platform is not formed. By introducing the Integrated Product Development （IPD） ,the framework of R＆D man- agement system and project management process is put forward. On this basis, the PLM platform of research management system is discussed. Taking the R＆D project management of automotive supplies manufacturing company in Guangdong as an example, the important role of IPD R＆D management system platform is presented combined with Teameenter PLM.
