摘要
为评价公路客车车架与车身骨架的强度和模态特性,建立车架与车身骨架的有限元模型并对其施加合理的约束条件和载荷,在典型的四种工况下进行了强度分析,并根据车架与车身骨架的应变云图预测出薄弱部位,得到车身的固有频率和相应振型,为车架与车身骨架的优化设计提供了理论依据。
In order to investigate the strength and modal characteristics of the highway bus frame and body frame, and optimize its structure, finite element model of the frame was established, reasonable constraints and load intensity was imposed on, the strength and modal analysis was completed in four typical conditions. According to the stress nephogram and vibration modes ,the weakest part of the frame was predict, theoretical basis for the optimal design of the bus frame and bus body frame was provided.
