摘要
1962年建成的万福闸属平原区典型的大(一)型拦河、通江挡潮水闸。受当时技术水平的限制,原设计将9.5 m高的闸门设双扉门分上下进行控制。但在安装第1台启闭机时,便发现配套的启闭机实现2孔4闸门联动启闭较为困难,不得不对联动启闭技术进行首次改造;后因运行条件发生变化,又历经多次加固改造。正在实施的加固方案中,引进了机械离合技术,实现了万福闸双扉门控制技术从"异轴联动"到"同轴独立驱动"的更新演变,使泄流控制技术得到较大的改进。纵观万福闸控制技术前后50多年的演变历程,最终还是回归到了最为传统的胸墙加单扉门的模式上,值得类似工程引以为鉴。
Wanfu Sluice is a large scale river sluice in plain area,whose functions are to discharge water from Huaihe River to Yangtze River and prevent the tide.Limited by the technology level in past,the sluice gate(total height of 9.5 m) was designed in two parts,namely upper-leaf gate and lower-leaf gate,which were controlled separately.But this design was failed as the hoist machines could not jointly hoist 4 leaves gates of two sluices and the improvement for joint hoist had to be conducted for the first time.Then,due to change of operation condition,many improvements were implemented.In the newest improvement,by adopting mechanical clutch,the innovated transition from "different shaft linkage" of double-leaf gate to "co-shaft linkage" was realized,which was a significant improvement for discharge control technology.Reviewing the improvement history of Wanfu sluice for nearly 50 years,it is noted that the ultimate solution has returned to the most traditional pattern,namely breast wall with single-leaf gate.
