摘要
在实验室研究了控轧控冷工艺对DH36高强度船板用钢显微组织和力学性能的影响 ;通过组织分析优化了DH36钢的控轧控冷工艺 ,并在工业生产中进行了试验。结果表明 ,用这种工艺生产的船板具有高强度和良好的低温韧性 ,完全可以代替正火处理。
The effect of controlled rolling and controlled cooling parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of DH36 steel has been studied in laboratory, and the process parameters have been optimized. It is show that the ship-plates produced by these parameters have high strength and good low-temperature toughness, and the normalizing treatment is no longer necessary.
